We’re due for a great year, or at least a year with promise

Still wish every SEC school had a season-ending P5 OOC annual rivalry. That would really balance out the schedule.

Can't find my post now, but I remember picking out OOC rivals for all the schools that didn't have them already, based on the most historical matchups.

AU vs Miami every year would be pretty sweet.

CBS Sports permanent opponents are interesting.

LINK

Auburn - Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi State.

Looks more like the final version to me.

So looking at this, I assume they have LSU's permanents as Alabama, Auburn, and Ole Miss?

Who does LSU play on thanksgiving? because all those dance cards are full.

OU has hinted that Bedlam will end when they join the SEC so they need a Thanksgiving date as well.

OU-Mizzou and LSU-Arkansas make the most sense considering Texas-A&M will likely be a thanksgiving matchup.

DawginSC I like your graph out of all of the predictions for OU.

TX, Florida and Missouri would be great permanent scheduled games to look forward to each year.

Can dump Okie Lite off the end figure out another opponent, done playing Big12 teams.
Hope this happens and cant wait for the 24 season.

This won’t happen though. They’re going to let Bama have at least 1 easy permanent opponent.

In this scenario we did as they gave us LSU

Has anyone heard of a timeline for when these are supposed to be announced so we can all quit speculating?

We can lose LSU. I don't think that a "rivalry" that's super important to either side.

It's not a rivalry in the sense that the Iron Bowl or Auburn/UGA is, but I would hate to lose that game.

LSU vs. Arkansas late season game makes sense.

How bout this…..

LSU has no rivals so we play a go5 at the end of the year to get a tune up before the sec championship game.

It likely won’t be announced until the spring meeting, which typically occurs in May. Not sure the exact date for this year.

Yeah, I'd post about another team's record vs. Auburn if I were you too.
I think the kids call that dickriding?
