The Tide looked good today. If they can play like that against the rest of the SEC, no doubt they'll win most games.

Put up your GD towel. Your team turned a corner today based on comments about your play leading up to this. They showed resilience and moxy. If they can bottle it up and use it the rest of the way you'll be a very tough team to beat.

yeah but Bama was supposed to be better than most of the SEC anyway. Beating LSU, Ole Miss, Georgia was expected. Would be nice to get a quality SEC win.

That is common in basketball. Over a season 5-10 games come down to the last min.

They didn't play any different than they have in most games. Mitchell still moped and made bad shots and turned the ball over. They've been a pretty good team all year, minus he and Green's attitude lapses.

I'm starting to doubt that we will make the tournament, but as long as we get something like a 9 or 10 seed we won't see a team this good until the 2nd round. Getting to the NCAAs and winning a game was basically my expectation for this season, so I'd take that.

Bench Mitchell until he plays some defense and blocks out. It is not like we will miss much. I prefer Steele. Less talented, more effort.

He wasn't scared of the coaches. He just doesn't want to be supportive of his teammates and try to support from the bench so he wants to go to the end of the bench to get as far away as possible from everyone.
