A team that won 11 SEC games is fraudulent?

Nothing against the team but it certainly wasn’t a legitimate “championship”. It’s like saying LeBron’s bubble title is equivalent to what the Knicks did. It’s unfair to actual champions, even other Alabama champions like your last real one in 2017.

I have to chuckle at bammer fans who think they actually won it fair and square in 2009.

8 straight games with zero holding calls, playing in the SEC when the conference was at its absolute peak lol.

Saban taught discipline as much as he taught toughness. Unlike Texas players, Alabama players were skilled in the game and knew the rules and were taught how to play the game correctly.

Oh yeah, and they weren't weak pussies either.

Seemingly impossible until you realize 1995 Nebraska wasn't called for a holding penalty for the entirety of the season.

nebraska ran a power based triple option. hard to get called for holding when you never drop back

My brother in Jesus. My man. Have you been going back and hate-watching Alabama NC games from almost twenty years ago? I'm actually flattered. That's quite a compliment.

Carpenter was the only guy on that 2009 OL that got shite done in the NFL. its preposterous to think that this OL unit was some all world beating inpenetrable wall that no SEC defense could get through.

its all manufactured. bammer fans are clearly rattled by this because they know its damn true

Alabama had 10 offensive lineman that were very good.

It was the year Saban's recruiting started to make Bama the team to beat.

and as some have pointed out, it also started the "no calls" on the teams we played.

The only time i was mad was when LSU intercepted the pass and they called it out of bounds.
Bama could have won anyway. It just fricked up the game being played by a bunch of great players....by a bunch of idiot officials.

and years later when Bama got 17 penalties calld on them at Tennessee.

We're not rattled, we're laughing at you. Surely there is something more recent that you could post or are you going to go year by year?

You do realize that 90% of all college football players don't make it in the nfl?

I don’t get you LSU fans. Sometimes yall acknowledge Nick Saban was the GOAT and won 7 titles and then other times yall try the lame arse asterisk game and pick and choose what you want to count to make you somehow feel better, I guess? Reeks of bitterness and sour grapes, tbh.

We were very fortunate the rest of the country was forced to play under more harsh conditions than we were.
