Yup. Went about as expected. gg Texas.

Hopefully we can get out of this funk in the next few weeks.

Horns didn’t really get warmed up until game 12.

I don't follow college baseball, but my friends that do were telling me that we sucked this year. Have the Horns turned things around?

This is a very young team that is improving. They have some good arms.

Young and improving. All we could have expected this season.

Texas has won now 15 in a row including a 3 game sweep of a top 15ish TT.

My guess is they will end up ranked in the bottom half of the top 25 when it is all said and done, which makes those early season wins look that much better for the other SEC teams.

Lost 8 to the MLB draft & had to plug 2 transfers and true fish into the lineup. Not your best Texas team, but the turnaround has been impressive.

Tanner Witt is due to return from TJ surgery in the coming weeks & compete for the #1 starter spot. If Witt returns to form the Horns could be the B12 frontrunner and have a decent shot @ CWS bid.

You haven't set yourself on fire yet?

Sad.

It’s gonna be hard for Witt to get back that quickly, but I’m hoping he gets there.

Texas has a bunch of good, young players, but they don’t have any “dudes” right now. That being said, they are going to be hard to beat in a series, which bodes well for Super Regional play, if we get there. I think Regionals will be the tougher of the two.

Our defense on the other hand, makes a lot of errors. That will probably bite us at some point this year.

Physically he's got a good shot, each body is different but 12 months is a decent timeline. Not sure how it factors in, but he had a partial tear.

As long as the idiot pierce is the coach we will never be a real threat to win it all. Just pretenders like the head coach. At least the SEC will expose this fraud and we can get rid of him sooner than later

To put it in simple terms, Texas is winning games that they definitely would have lost last year

If Texas can round the bases with horns up, I don’t see any reason opposing teams can’t do horns down

They can, for now. Will be an automatic out in the SEC.
