Kentucky? Nope, they are nervous and trying to make sure no one notices they are in the room..

I’d say consistent. I don’t think you can be called one of the best when you haven’t won a championship in that span.
Like saying Georgia football was one of the best teams under Richt from 2002-2015. Consistent? Yes. One of the best? No. No hardware.

DVH is Richt. Tons of talent, very good coach, great fans and facilities. But there’s something in his psychology that keeps the program from winning the big one and that creates the conditions to choke. Can’t say exactly but I think his personality makes the players get tight in important situations.

Arkansas began the 2013 season ranked number one. Got bounced early in the Manhattan regional.
In 2017 Arkansas lost to Missouri State in the home regional.
In 2021 the number ranked Arkansas lost to NCST at home in the supers.
In 2023 Arkansas got spanked by TCU in the home regional.
And now Arkansas got bounced early by SEMO.
