That it can hang with the best of the SEC.

Clearly. They beat a Big Ten team.

As long as the B1G champ doesn't get to the CFP, it's cool beans.

This shite again?
They eliminate all doubts every year. Until they actually get it done throughout their schedule without faltering, anyone who isn't ESPN will doubt them.

Their OL is a little fricked right now.

Our duck ranters believe it as well.

Yeah all they need to do is prove it. They beat 2 of the worst Tennessee teams ever assembled and 2 State teams that couldn't have beaten Hoover High school. They are 0-5 against the best of he SEC.

All the more reason I like the playoff.
We can start settling more of this on the field at the end of the year without diluting the regular season too much. I'd prefer 8 teams in the mix but 4 will do for now.
I'd like to see the Ducks and any other hot team get a shot at the title. Just so long as it means the SEC is pretty much always represented so we are in the mix too. 2004 was a travesty that need never be repeated.
ETA: Though I'd rather see the Ducks lose to the Beavers every year but I live in reality most of the time.

Oregon would get their shite packed if they played in the SEC. They're fast but wouldn't stay healthy in the SEC.

The media has been pushing Oregon as finally "legit" every year for the past 5-6 seasons.
They can't even win the Pac12 on a regular basis.

They just need that one win over a top SEC program.
Then the Ducks can be declared a dynasty.

Yeah when you think about it, how is Oregon supposed to compete with the SEC when they can't even win the Pac12.

I feel like this happens every year.

They've eliminated all doubts until which point they play an SEC team, get boatraced, and doubts begin to spring up again.
It's the circle of shite.
It's the circle of shite.

From CFDW :
Oregon Recognized National Championships
No Major College National Championships
SEC is full of real and imagined MNC's. Until the Ducks win 1 they are not "SEC like" or able to "hang" with the SEC.

Well they're probably the best team outside of the SECwest so...I have no problem with them saying that

yeah, we have to get past WSU and Arizona before getting fisher back. WSU is a hot mess on defense but the stack can be tricky.
