T&P.

NWA is a cool place. And the weather the rest of this week is gonna be killer.

But Bert is dangerous. Stay away from buffets.

oh come on, you know you'd like him to nibble on your ear, then your nose, then your lips, then your neck, then work his way down...

Cafe Rue Orleans in Fayetteville. It's owned by a chef transplant from NOLA.

Herman's Ribhouse in Fayetteville.

Mary Maestri's in Tontitown.

Bentonville square has lots of good food.

Bentonville has a Doe's, too.

Downtown square: Pressroom, Oven & Tap, Tusk & Trotter, Table Mesa, The Hive (at 21c). Flying Fish, and there's few more. I rarely make it up there.

Crystal Bridges is world class and worth a visit. It's free.

Ruth Chris----by far the best
Fred's Hickory Inn
Doe's Steak House
Shoguns
Corina's Italian (Order the spicy)
Bone Fish is okay

Stay away form the Square in downtown Bentonville
Red Lobster is a no go
Olive Garden is weak
Abduelo's Mexican is an up scale Mexican that is adequate at best.

Listen to no one who suggests where to eat. NWA taste buds are different from Louisiana taste buds. Black pepper is a risque seasoning.

I thank God that your taste in food has not made its way up here. You poor bastard.

Ruth's Chris? If I wanted a steak cooked in butter, I'd do it at home. No thanks.

Your post seems like your taste buds are off...

No I didn't. It's a chain. It's an over priced piece of meat soaked in butter.

If the guy wants a good steak then he should head to Hermans, James at the Mill...and even though it is a small chain, Chuy's in Rogers is 1,000 x's better than Abuelos when talking about Mexican food.

I haven't eaten there yet but I've heard good things about the place. Anything on the menu you suggest?
