I sat in the au section of Jordan-hare in 09 with all these old farts and they kept getting pissed because I would stand up and make noise when we were on defense. I didn't give a shite. The old man sitting next to my buddy kept getting pissed off and yelling because my buddies leg was touching his when they were sitting and when he was standing the old fart behind him bitched cause he couldn't see kept cussing him and calling him a fatass (and he isn't fat at all, just built big and strong as an ox). He finally turned around and said to both of them "Look, this is a fricking football game, not a damn ballet. If you don't want people standing in front of you or touching you then you need to get the frick out." neither of them said another word after that.

I think she handled it gracefully compared to how a lot of parents act. I'm sure anyone who's every been on a football field for peewee to ? Has experienced the crazy arse family's in the stands or the drunk dads against the fence .

So let me get this straight, the guy who's view you and your buddy were blocking is an a-hole because he wanted yall to sit down so he could see, but you and your buddy aren't assholes because it's a football game, thus giving you carte blanche to disrupt the viewing pleasure of everyone around you?

I can understand being upset if people were standing in front of you the whole game. But you have to expect that at a big game, during certain times, people are going to want to stand up and make some noise.
If it really bothers you that much, then maybe going to an SEC football game is not for you.
