I figured the transitive property would help my case. Do you think Murray was as good as JFF? No offense, but if you do you need help.
Thus if I can show that Boyd was essentially as productive (statistically) as JFF against the same competition (actually slightly tougher defenses) then would he not be better than Murray.
If JFF > Murray and JFF = Boyd, then Boyd > Murray

After reading his post above yours, I definitely think that was his plan.

I didn't get too involved in this thread, but it was pretty entertaining.
On a serious note, the debate is pretty pointless because we'll find out who's better after this game and at the end of the season.

Nah, was just trying to present each side. Which do you want to support? Either you support them in which case UGA has a higher SOS and Boyd has performed much better against similar competition or you don't support them, and UGA and Clemson have similar SOSs and Boyd's numbers can't be compared because of the difference in level of competition.
Which is it?
