Murray was one of the top QBs in the league the last 10 years, but he was a big pussy

I would LOVE to hear how you define that because that's about the last word I'd use to describe Murray. He took relentless abuse and never took himself out, never took a play off, never complained, just kept getting up and going back at it. Basically the anti-Crowell.

Delicate is how I would define him. He took a beaten at times, but he would let everyone know it.

I am just glad he is gone.

Hated playing against him.

He also said that POS Ben Jones pretty much started the whole thing by pulling out Josh Bynes' dreads out. Girls pull hair in a fight. What a pussy.

Gee. I thought Auburn fans said Ben Jones started it by picking on Fairley. Seems somebody needs to get their story straight. And if getting his hair pulled is the worst thing that happened to him, then I am very disappointed in SEC football.

So now UGA is a football school because of the last two years ? All that success and nothing to show for it.

I still love being 13-7 over AU since 2001 with an SECCG win over them...success or lack of, nonwithstanding.

I mean, damn...That kind of W/L record the last 20 meetings is like UF beating us for so long.

Does this mean AU is not a basketball school and has nothing to show for the last two years?

Led a TD scoring drive on a torn ACL. Just to win a meaningless college game against Kentucky.

I equate a final four appearance to winning the CFP. There is no comparison to winning it all in College BB.

Yet your fanbase cries foul over Murray taking it on the chin.

It's in the same vein. Just pulling hair seems like more of a bitch move.

You never played football at any level have you?

What goes on at the bottom of a pileup would absolutely freak you out if you are bothered about hair pulling.

You'd be crying for Mommy if you took the shot he did vs Bama in the SECCG

Hasn't anybody played football? At all? Raking a chin strap buckle on somebody is a whole different world then pulling hair.

Nice try. Winning it all equates to being one of the best 4. K. Sorry I caught you in a logic quandary.

His body language said it all. After the third sack he always acted like he was playing on two broken legs. Instead of rolling on the ground after a few of the Fairly sacks, he probably would have inspired his team if he had gotten up and would have taken a swing at him. Instead of the drama of having an OL do the work

I played at a rural school. Dreds were frowned upon tben.

And yeah, pulling hair is kinda like spitting. You just dont do it.

Fairley eating Murray’s chin was fair game though.
