I think so too. Clemson might be replacing a lot on defense, but they're stacked with talent, and Venables is their boss. He will have them ready.

This might matter if A&M was worth a shite.
I see a team that got pushed around a little. While "first game jitters" can explain some of it, it doesn't bode well. I don't think they're as good as they were last year, either.

Jimbo can win games he’s not supposed to by getting tremendous offensive performances . This is proven over his career . So heck yeah, Aggie could always win.

Bro, ive agreed with you 1000 times, but this aint happening... Aggies are worse this year than last... They looked slow as christmas last night and their WR's had a 10 yard cushion everywhere they went... Anyone could have looked good against a very bad Texas state team... now i agree that Jimbo has his team believing that they are better than what they really are, and that is dangerous but, they dont have the element of surprise this year... Dabo gonna have them boys ready to eat... they want to prove that that was a fluke last year... kinda like us vs TAMU this year...
TAMU is a 5 loss team this year... and I think Jimbo bails after next season when the fans turn on him for 4 years of 8-5 or 9-4. I think he walks out of his contract and goes elsewhere... he doesnt need that shite...
I will say this, their back-up QB looked damn good last night...kid had a cannon and very good release...

I have zero faith in the Clemson D-Line. A&M O-Line isn't great, but they're better than GT. 300 through the air isn't out of the question for Mond. If he can limit mistakes they will be in it.
