With daddy Texas now in the SEC, what reason would any recruit have besides money (or sexual orientation) to join that cult?

This is counterintuitive because they bought that last recruiting class and it worked out horribly for them...

in their heart of hearts they know every word is true. it's the reason they went to the SEC in the first place and why they were so insistent on a "Gentleman's Agreement."

Aggy culture just does not fit in the SEC.

I vote to replace them with FSU.

Miami has the most pathetic fanbase in the game. Cubans and Yankees that can’t be bothered to turn up to the games but miss no opportunity to beat their chests

Incorrect. A&M has owned texas in the past before and can do it again.

They actually have a fairly large following in Houston and surrounding areas which is a massive pool of recruits in their state.

I see we have another LSU fan born after 2007 joining us. I know it's hard to believe, but college football existed prior to Saban going to LSU.

Disagree.

Between stadium upgrades, salaries, facilities, and NIL, tamu spent 3/4 of a Billion dollars since joining the SEC to build a relevant program.

They haven’t won the west and have regressed as a program since 2012-2013. The highlight of the program was a 9-1 season during the pandemic.

They now have Syracuse’s head coach recruiting players on tamu’s dime. The fan base turned its nose up on an established SEC coach, and is pumping a 9-7 ACC coach as their savior. Players are leaving at a record pace.

Aggies won’t survive. They’re already dead.

I was born plenty before 2007. In my 30 plus years of life, I’ve learned

Texas leads the overall series 76-37-5
Texas owns the biggest blowout in the series
Texas owns the longest winning streak in the series

Texas last won the National Championship in 2005, aka this century
Texas A&Ms last title was 1939

Texas is in the playoffs, something A&M has never accomplished.

Texas has had 11 10 win seasons this century
Texas A&M has 1 10 win season this century

So I’m confused, when did A&M “Dominate” Texas? Cuz I’m just not seeing it

Because A&M looks no better than most G5 teams
