For those of you that did not watch it or were unable to watch because it was on lhn, here are the highlights.

It is true that the game really wasn’t and isn’t very important, except for bragging rights.

Agreed and LSU looking solid outside of some potential pitching issues. Say this much, Weiner as our new pitching coach has been a HUGE upgrade.
If Ags and LSU remain near top of SEC at end of regular play, I am heading to Baton Rouge for the weekend with my 12 year old son. Hopefully Tiger baseball fans are a bit more cordial as we love baseball as a family event.
What would Tiger baseball fans say about the environment?

We would say it's the nicest college baseball experience you can get short of Omaha.
This isn't like going to a game at Tiger Stadium where you're going to have 150,000 people on campus drunker than snot and belligerent. This is damn near genteel by comparison. You'll love it.

I was at the game. Texas fans should be ashamed. Very typical of them. There was ZERO noise from their fan base. They rely on loud arse microphones and each sip player has a designated song while coming up to the plate.
Very sad to see. We were hoping for more noise. Texas fans are some of the worse, fair weather fans in the SEC.
Gonna be very, very rough for them next year.
