I think it really burns them that contrary to what they thought, Woodward isn't able to pull Fisher out of A&M. They may not want him, but in their minds the outcome should be a given because they are LSU.
LSU is supposed to be "above" A&M, and recent results are showing different. A&M must win something first, but the way that Fisher is recruiting that narrative is going to change soon enough
