Last time I checked the first amendment has not been repealed and it is still legal to be obnoxious in the United States.
Agree they are asshats who should not be allowed back to games but by publishing photos of people who have not been convicted of anything the Omaha POA is setting themselves up for a major lawsuit if these guys lose their employment or business is impacted.
Only photos police have a right to publicize are mugshots.
If Omaha POA is that concerned they need to start by shutting down the jello shot challenge that they may be getting money from.
Makes me wonder who is deciding where the limits are set when the police don't like something and they decide to publish your photo.

You do realize that the proceeds go to charities, right? The owner stated last year that they do not serve people who are fully intoxicated or showing signs.

I can remember the Sully stuff coming up on the coaching changes board back when CPM was getting replaced. So it’s been around awhile. What a nightmare for Sully to have it brought back up this way after so much time. And on Father’s Day. They would have been his step-kids by now.

That post rationalizing their actions doesn’t make them look any better. If that is true and there was a larger group doing it before they scattered and the cameras just caught those two dipshits, it makes Aggie look worse.
