Did you not have even one player who played QB in high school? Often college skill position players were the best athletes on their high school teams and played at least some QB. Really all you need is a WR or RB or anyone that you can teach to take a deep snap and take off running with the ball or hand it off.

BACk a few years Baylor had no QB for a bowl against North Carolina and just ran the ball . Won big with no QB and put up almost 700 yards rushing....

Where is that heralded 12th man when you need it ags? We pulled a student off the intramural fields to play QB when Houston Nutt was coach. If you wanted to play... you could have made it work.

If I were the coach or a player, I'd play just for the fun of the game. Win or lose, this will be the last game for some of the players. If I had 11 guys willing to suit up, I wouldn't care about the outcome. If they wanted to play, we'd show up and give our best.
