Where did the "LSU fans are corndogs" thing legitimately come from? Was it when the beautiful Katy Perry said it on College Gameday or did it exist beforehand?

We've been called corndogs starting with Auburn since before I can remember.
It's in regards to all the delicious fried food we serve up during tailgating season. I think it's out of jealousy that's why most LSU fans don't get too bothered by the name.

I will go ahead and make a comment for all lsu fans:
We know we are the best tailgating cooks in america and so we arent bothered by such lame insults.
Also, I love corndogs, with yellow mustard. You corndog ketchup eaters can gfy.

The "corndog" thing started from an Auburn fan during a rant about LSU.
