The SEC is just deep on the top half.
LSU is really good, injuries could hurt them. Legit concern on the depth of their pitching, but they have pieces.
Vandy looks damn good right now, they arent being talked about enough.
SC I still don't know haha. I thought midway through friday that we were going to win game 2 and I felt good about a sweep, then we blew it. We were due that but can we bounce back.
UF I love Cags, that man is a beast. I think UF or Vandy may be the best teams right now in the moment.
UT still dangerous even if it hasnt clicked yet. Thats actually more scary to me than last year when they had peaked at this time

Official SEC Baseball Standings are broken down by eastern and western division. LSU is 1/2 back in the west (had a game canceled due to weather). The teams are not in one division for baseball. Also, LSU has not lost a SEC series all season.

Bruh we suck in baseball. It’s painful to watch and extremely frustrating. Don’t understand alabamas refusal to put forth every effort to be a top program.

They had a good, young coach. He tried to process baseball players the same way Saban processes football players and the baseball parents cried to the media about it. Nick Saban didn't like the negative attention on the Alabama sports program so he had the AD fire the coach after one season.
Why would any good baseball coach show up in Tuscaloosa knowing the AD treats the baseball program as a nuisance?

Conference Standings don’t really matter all that much. LSU is objectively better than Arkansas.

The great thing about baseball is when LSU had their dominant run in the 90s great players were difficult or more difficult to find. Now we’ve got kids that are playing extremely competitively be baseball and are far more advanced than what kids in the 80s and 90s had available to them. There’s a TON of great baseball players out there. There’s no reason to not find great players who can compete.
