Where was Chapel Hill on this list, I don't recall seeing it.

we have a place in charleston so i have been through columbia more times than i can count and have been many other times either for games or w/e and it is always just a god damn sauna on NOLA/Statesboro levels

The bar I ran in Auburn, during the Ole Miss games, we always had a crowd of fans from ole miss around 9-10 talking a bunch of shite on how the bars sucked in auburn because there were no people out. We were like its only 9 dumbasses

I find this hilarious

I have to respectfully disagree with that, but then I grew up in a very small town, so I like the quaint, smaller college towns. Auburn is just over half the size of Tuscaloosa. For that matter, I don't agree with Madison being on the list. I've been there many times, but it is a CITY, not a college town. It has over a half million people for crying out loud.

That's pretty cool. Auburn was ranked #6 on the first list, now #4, we're moving up. I've been to Macalester College many times. It is a very small prestigious private school as is Bowdoin, and Rice. I guess that would make Auburn the #1 public school in the nation as to quality of life!

Auburn also made US News magazine's list as one of the best 10 cities in the United States in which to live.

Yeah, one also named Phenix City the best place to raise a family, though I do often feel they meant to say "Best place for a family to raise a gang banger or meth head".

Hell, even Tuscaloosa was named the most livable city in America and roughly 20% of the city is/was in ruins.

I'm not saying Auburn's a bad place, but it's far, far, faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar from deserving a top 10 best city in AMERICA ranking. Maybe Alabama, but not America.

Quite honestly the worst list of all time. Was this done up by a bunch of candy arse old timers who wouldn't know a good time if it kicked them in their pretentious fricking heads. Yes, the hill is the shite, but Nashville and Baton Rouge are easily up there. Also, have these guys ever been to the left coast? This list in

Fayetteville isn't on the list? SunHog needs to buy them.

Why just influence when he can control them. From his posts on this board, I've always assumed he is OT wealthy. Figured his fit in the Hog Alum hierarchy was as the next Jerry Jones.

I'm pretty sure you're referring to one that had Columbus in it...and I promise you they may be across the Hooch from one another, but they are not the same. Phx City has a long history of corruption. I believe Wallace had to order the national guard to take control of the city in the 60s.

There is one of these threads ever off-season. A couple of years ago I can remember one going for like 60 pages.
