We have evidence of just how calculated this was, because the kid was concerned enough over his bullies that he had recorded that conversation with his phone.
Do you have a copy of that recording? I went and listened to the news story and interview a third time. They never played that recording. It seems like that would have been pretty powerful so it surprises me that they didn’t.
Instead, the only proof we have that is what happened is the mom says it happened. If such a recording exists, I would think that law enforcement would have wanted to listen to it too.
The “proof” that you keep talking about is what the mom is claiming.
If we are to believe the news story, then we also know the kid did not require any medical attention and that local law enforcement investigated and made the determination not to pursue it based on the evidence they had. That recording would have been a pretty key piece of evidence. I think many would be curious to listen to it.
Maybe I missed it, but can you post a link to it so the rest of us can hear it?

Why is it becoming more common? Is it because parents are purposefully keeping peanuts away from their kids for so long during infants and toddlers?
Would exposing kids to peanuts earlier result in less allegories? Maybe mothers eating peanut butter during the pregnancy?

I have no clue what happened but something absolutely broke him a few years back.
Although I did enjoy him attempting to "gotcha" with the "you claimed you were a kid a few years ago but now you don't". He's so broken that the concept of aging with time is too much for him.
