Scarlett almost ran for 1000 yards as a soph and would be getting ready for the combine if he didn't commit a felony

Malik Davis had over 500 yards through seven games as a true freshmen before he got hurt

Also have Perine and Lemons coming back plus Pierce coming in. Toney is a WC threat.

Pretty good backfield. Sure there's a chance that Scarlett does something dumb again and/or Davis isn't healthy but that's a really strong two-headed monster with quality depth behind it

Much like winning a Championship. Say, does Alabama take your SEC Championship, too?

Nah, the trophy case is still getting fatter. Can't wait for Kirby to add a fricking king's ransom over the next 3-4 years alone.

Huge surprise considering Jeffrey Simmons never missed a snap after going Mike Tyson on a woman.

What if this year is as close as Kirby ever gets to the natty and Mullen goes on to win a couple at UF? I can't imagine how UGA fans would deal with that.

Probably the same way they have for the last 40 years.

"Preseaon #1!"

"Best recruiting class in history!"

"Good, Christian man!"

"Woof! Woof!"

with a side helping of

"It's really not fair that we have to play in Jacksonville every year!"

Pretty fair this year when we had half the stadium to ourselves by the half.

I expect the same this year as well considering we schmacked Mullen around this past year as well.

LSU certainly doesn't have more talented returning backs than UF

So where did the money come to pay their lawyers and repay the money they stole? Was it subtracted from McIlwaine's buyout?

Anyone acting like their program wouldn't let them back is flat out lying. These kids were suspended for a year. They deserve another shot. Callaway didn't he wouldn't stop being a dumb arse.

Scarlett and Davis are a monster 1-2 punch for us next year. Especially with the entire line returning. The pass blocking sucked but we were good pushing for the run at least.

Kentucky has Snell

UGA still has a really talented stable with Holyfield and Swift even if there's no experience

UF is clearly better at RB than everyone else in the division right now but ok

I shoulder a shite ton of the blame on Franks. When Del Rio was in he seemed to have a lot more time, and he didn't take so many sacks.

Franks just has no football IQ, and constantly put himself in trouble.

No, I’m pretty sure it was Aaron Hernandez in a van with a damn gun.

Malik Davis averaged over 7 YPG in SEC play despite zero help. He was the one who ran all over Tenn. Should remember him well. He almost had 100 yards vs you, in four carries.

Went 14 for 90 vs LSU
18 for 97 vs Aggies
17 for 124 vs Vandy.

All this with a loaded box.

Add in Scarlett is already a proven SEC back as well.

Add in Pern and highly touted Lemons. Yea...we will be loaded at RB. Not top four in the nation, but def there for top four in the SEC.

So yes. Florida will have a very good backfield. Substantially better than Tennessee's.

Big question is who will play QB for UF next year.

I heard Trask is best suited to Mullen's system, or maybe that freshman (from this past season) that McLoser used sporadically.
