Why is everyone so consumed with on only 2 games of the 10 game schedule?
LSU’s full schedule is hardly easy. And because LSU’s 8 game schedule was already one of the toughest in the league, they deserved to get a little more favorable additional two games.

UGA plays three top ten teams. I don’t think that’s an easy schedule at all. Same with LSU.

EASY: Florida, Georgia, LSU
The rest of you should strive to be like these teams!

LSU also caught a break on Friday with the new schedule additions being Vanderbilt and Missouri. The Tigers are the only West team in the “Easy” schedule category. LSU dodges three of the four best teams from the East and draws the six worst rated teams in the league. This could cushion the blow of losing what feels like an entire roster to the NFL draft.

AVERAGE: Alabama, Missouri, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Tennessee

Alabama added Kentucky and Missouri on Friday, meaning it now plays three of the four best teams in the East. So why is Alabama in this category? Ten other teams have to play the top team in the league, while Alabama obviously does not.

I don't disagree, but the worst teams will normally have the toughest schedules because they automatically don't get the option of playing themselves, so that is one less option to play a bad team.
In other words, if the SEC went to a 13 game schedule and everyone played everyone, the worst team would have the hardest schedule, and the best team would have the easiest schedule.
So kick some arse and your schedule will get easier.

What the heck? The SEC had better take care of Arkansas in the future.
The jump between the Auburn, Vanderbilt, and South Carolina schedules is absolutely crazy. Arkansas is more than two standard deviations higher than the average schedule. No other team is much more than a half above. Arkansas entered the day with the toughest schedule in the league and then the league added Georgia and Florida?

This is so overstated. Yes, it matters, but much less than you might think. You could replace Alabama with Arkansas on our schedule and Arkansas might still have the toughest schedule in the SEC.

Plus a lot more games are considered "tough" when you're a bad team.
Same goes vice versa.

The SEC is as corrupt as any political party.

That’s the minimum Auburn plays EVERY year. We usually play 4 or more. Your schedule is easy.

Bitch please. You get to play an overrated Texas AM team. So much tougher.

They’re acting like there are 4 good teams in the East
There’s 2 pretty good teams in the East, and then a bunch of steaming piles of shite.

Is there an “absurdly easy” category for Non-SEC teams like Clemson and Oklahoma? Because they certainly don’t EVER have to navigate anything close to an SEC schedule.
