9-3 sounds about right but the SEC being such a gauntlet , 8-4 would not shock me.

I think we beat Bama, but I'm nervous about @Auburn and maybe Miami and Florida. Miami because it's early and our QB may be inexperienced. Florida, well, just because they will bring it.

The whole Alabama game is too obvious.
Anytime bama is just supposed to destroy some team and blah blah blah we end up shitting the bed.
Aggies beat bama again. Jimbo gets massive contract extension.
They go 9-3

I mean, if you applied cheat codes to an NCAA football video game you could. Otherwise, reality would hit you really hard in return.

What would OU be if they played our schedule pal?
10-2, possibly 9-3 if things break bad. I fail to see why this matters, as OU is not playing that schedule. The insecurity is telling.

The delusion of OU fans is that when you get to the SEC and you have to play real athletes, teams like Ole Miss, Miss St, TN and Florida will wear you down.
From a physicality standpoint point you get now weeks off like the Big 12.
Are your players ready for a real 9-10 game schedule instead of maybe 4 competitive games per year?
OH yeah, I'm not sure I have EVER seen this stated on SECrant before...

November is starts to wear on a team.
Is that why many SEC teams schedule FCS teams in November?

I have them at 8-4, losses to Arkansas, Alabama, Ole Miss, and LSU.

It would be a scoreless game because the aggs would forfeit.

7-5 likely with 8-4 the ceiling.

Agreed

If these are the 3 losses I'll be surprised, A&M's calling card is winning one big game and failing to run the table against middle of the pack teams. Constantly playing teams that will beat you if you don't play well is what makes the SEC so tough and a big reason why OU and t.u. are in for a rough first few years.

I don't see it. I think they will finish 8-4 or 7-5. Think they lose a head scratcher to Miss St or Ole Miss

I like the idea of Oklahoma coming to the SEC but yeah, I really don't think they understand the grind of playing in a conference FULL of future NFL talent.
I'm just looking at Miss State schedule for 2022, I mean @LSU , Texas A&M , @Ole Miss , Arkansas , Alabama , @ Kentucky, Georgia ........OU would get a serious wake-up call with that schedule not to mention any non-conf games vs a power 5.
I think OU is a very good team, I mean they are. But as someone stated, the physical nature of the SEC takes a toll.

You guys would go 8-4 in the SEC with that roster
bullshite, it’s a top 4 roster and 3rd highest blue chip ratio in the SEC.
