Not to mention all of the cowboy coaches and support staff are in the NFL while many at Alabama are graduate students and the like.
Whatever happened to the college all stars playing the nfl? That used to be a thing. Never turned out well for the college players....

Exactly nfl is a faster more physical game than college. Also the schemes the nfl uses that college teams aren't ready for. Ive been field level for both college and nfl games. The pad popping is noticeably louder in the nfl.

Absolutely. 2018 Alabama may well be one of the best CFB teams ever...certainly looking the part currently....and no one can seriously deny the dynasty in Tuscaloosa currently....it’s real....but even a BAD nfl team consists of professional athletes who train constantly to make millions of dollars a year. There is a much bigger step up in talent and athleticism from college to pro than there is from high school to college.

They should do one game a year where the prior year college champion played whichever NFL team is willing to replace a preseason game.

exactly. a college kid wakes up works out then goes to class, and will practice later
a pro gets up works out, goes to practice, takes lunch works out and then practices more,
