For instance we've probably seen the last of Bryce Young & Will Anderson along with so many great ones around the country.
Just means there will be more playing time/experience for the guys we'll be playing next year.
And against a somewhat decent opponent I assume.
I'm good with it. I use to care about opt outs, but I really don't any more. There is an upside.

They have killed off what made Div 1A and bowl season special and exciting

With Texas and OU joining the conference, we better get 8 in. frick Ohio State and Meechigan who cruises to the playoffs with a high school schedule.

But you would have to consider Ole Miss
Wut
They’re 8-4 and unranked. USCe and MSU deserve consideration before them

2015- SEC-1, B10-3, B12-2, P12-1, ACC-3, IND-1, AAC-1
2016- SEC-1, B10-4, B12-1, P12-3, ACC-3, MAC-1

If Bryce young was like you, he would still be having sex with the sophomores at the local Tuscaloosa high schools. Weird

Then the cry will be to expand it to 24.
I really don’t think so. 4 teams is an issue, 12 is right. It gives more access without hurting the regular season. In fact I believe the regular season will mean more than it currently has. More to play for in November. Up to this point November has only matter to maybe 10-5 teams each year.

SEC - 3
Big Ten - 3
Big 12 - 2
Pac-12 - 2
ACC - 1
AAC - 1
The number of teams isn't the concern. It's the exclusion of other conferences, which was always bullshite.

In theory yes, but I bet there will be a push to regionalize the picks so SEC doesn't show up with more than others every year.

People keep talking about too many teams but those first round games will be fantastic. Yeah there will be one or 2 in the top 4 that is above the rest but i'm liking that first round.

Should be
two auto bids each for B1G and SEC
1 each for PAC/ACC/Big12/AAC
Top 4 highest ranked other teams.

I think 2 from a single conference will be the max.
Um, no. Lets say two teams go 12-0 in their division until the SECCG, so that an automatic bid at 13-0, and 12-1, no? Now, lets add in that each conference runner up has only one loss. So now you have 13-0, 12-1, 11-1, and 11-1. Not possible?
