Well, one is headquarters to a shitload of major companies and the world's busiest airport. The other has some nice areas, a bad crime problem, and is at risk to either sink or be leveled by a natural disaster.

I can understand why some would choose one over the other (and FWIW I wouldn't mind living in NOLA).

At least NOLA has some character, Atlanta and Dallas only have tall buildings. Both cities are devoid character and soul.
