Every time we’ve won the division it’s only because it was “down” too. Credit is never given to those that are outside of the usual suspects.

The 2 yes they were legit in the east... I don't fault them.
But everyone here does the same thing to Ed O. They talk shite... yet some haven't beaten him. Those that did win last year... knock yourself out. Those that didn't... try again this year.

2007 was so weird.
Even though Missouri lost to Oklahoma twice in 2007, I still think MU was the best team in 2007.
Missouri demolished Arkansas in the Cotton Bowl. That same Arkansas defeated national champion LSU.
Missouri vs. LSU would have been a nice game.
But 2007... so many storylines, so many weird games.

As a fan of a team who just came off a 10-win season, I gotta say that metric is incredibly overrated if it’s accompanied by zero hardware.
