I never thought he would go to Florida but LSU..is a different job, he could win multiple National championships and have consistent top 10 defense every year

I'd consider them about even on field. Off field just how bad are the UAA and DisneyGators tCAW has been after for years? How do facilities compare? LSU has no instate competitor in recruiting. LSU has shown it's willing to pay more and go all in on NIL.
I'd say it's objectively the better job but that's just me.

This point is silly because the state of Florida produces wayyy more elite players than the state of Louisiana, and teams from across the nation can and do recruit both states.

Why is it not a better job?
No idea their comparative resources, NIL, etc. but Florida has a massive amount of schools to compete against while every kid in Louisiana grows up almost forced to go to LSU with no in state competition and per capita its one of the hottest if not the hottest recruiting grounds in the country.
Similar to UGA here except UGA has GT to contend with on occasion.
