Seems you don't like the rankings that are actually listed on their website. Sorry the industry doesn't think it was as good of a class that you do.

I don’t use 247 outside of their calculator and sure as hell don’t care about ESPN and rivals

On3 on their own is the best service currently so I focus on that. They brought the best scouts and reporters over from 247 about a year ago

So if you want the opinions of other sites that aren’t as good as on3 go for it

You're just trying to deflect from the fact that you made a mistake.

Obviously unlike you, I like to use lots of data to draw conclusions. Not just one data set.

Yet you don't know the difference between the regular On3 ranking and the On3 Industry ranking.

Shame.

Many people have made the same mistake. It wasn’t a big deal until continued making an arse yourself.

It’s essentially like college football combining the CFP, ESPN FPI, AP and coaches poll to create an average. Only the CFP matters in the end just like on3 being at the front of the recruiting industry at this point

Honestly i cant find the original link anywhere on the website. Seems like On3 even caters to the industry more.

The founder of on3 also founded 247 and rivals. It caters to it like Disney catering to Hulu.

BK’s strategy of taking a good mix of blue chips and non-blue chips along with locking down LA kids who presumably have at least some roots/loyalty (whatever exists these days) to LSU is probably not a bad strategy at all in the NIL and free transfer era of college football. A five star and a 3 star backup from your home state may be easier to keep than a 5 star and a 4 star back up from California. Threading the needle of getting elite talent and also developing depth and backups who will stay in your system for a few years is the new name of the game.

You don’t think after the 2024 season Bama will not jump way up after Deboar actually shows what he’s capable of?

With 8 or 9 recruits more than Ohio State and just edging them out. I’ll take quality over quantity. BTW, #5 on the list is a Buckeye.

Ohio State seems to be doing the same thing but Ohio has more high level talent than in recent years in 2024 and 2025.

Our roster just so happens to have space for 13 3 stars as well.

Schools don't really do this, but I'd like to have seen them take less players in '24 because they are absolutely on fire for the '25 cycle. Their internal evals could be way different than the services, though, and they may think a bunch of the 3 stars will hit instead of just being warm bodies.

By this time next year, it stands a good chance that at least half of the guys in Saban's last class won't be there.

Alright I’ve got to know, are you an LSU fan or Auburn? I’d bet Auburn. LSU fans posts’ usually read like an emotional jealous female. Auburn fans are just bitter and miserable. You seem like the latter

Counting the 2 newcomers, the SEC has 13 of the top 25 classes according to On3.
In the SEC, it just means more.

Good luck retaining all of those kids.

Half of them will transfer.
