I shouldn’t say it doesn’t matter. I should say it does nothing to combat an argument about referee’s calling the game more in favor of one team
If one team fouls 30 times and gets 16 called and one team fouls 14 times and gets 16 called
Then 16-16 guess the games getting called even right?
I’m not saying that’s what happened this game before you auburn fans get your panties in a bunch. I’m saying that’s why I generally think using number of foul calls as an argument is stupid

Other teams probably won’t play defense like LSU either. This game has gone about like I expected for LSU on defense. The offense had to improve and it hasn’t.

Pinson kicked his leg way out. Eason ran under the shooter and didn't give him space to land. That's a foul every time.

Just like your FG% is partly because shots are well contested, not just because of cold shooting/bad selection

Both shooters kicked their leg about a foot band a half away from their body.
Eason jumped to the side of the guy. The auburn defender jumped right into Pinson. What the Auburn defender did was easily more foul worthy
