Trinidad not among the 319 initial players invited to the combine. Don’t read much into that but found it interesting.

The only question that needs to be answered is whether he meets the requirements set out in the rules.

The NCAA requires contemporaneous medical documentation for the injury or illness with a licensed physician certifying the illness or injury is season ending. He provided medical records from December 2022 stating he was “doing very well” since his August 2022 visit. DII medical waivers are decided at the conference level. If he truly needed a medical waiver for the 2022 season, why not try to get it in 2022 through the conference office?

Because your not allowed to apply for a medical waiver until you have exhausted your eligibility.

Where are you getting that information? Nothing I can find through any source, including the NCAA, states that. In fact, quite the opposite. Everything I can find states the application for a medical redshirt has to be submitted after the season in question.

The rules may have changed then. As recently as 2021 you had to wait until out of eligibility.

God that seems like such a Waste of time

It’s not like they’re voting on declaring war or not

I just want the NCAA to lose in every avenue. I have a personal animus towards them and want them to suffer at every turn.

Wait, you don't have a good feeling about something, Henry? I'm floored.

Judge is reading his decision now - but yeah he's attacking the NCAA so an Injunction being granted is definitely coming.

Yep he is about to win and reason NCAA was bringing up the case in Bama they was going try use that on appeal.. But his judge is making sure they can't do that crap

Someone said the reason it’s taking so long for the judge to announce is because he’s covering all of his basis so they have no recourse for appeal. Hope that’s right
