Good tune up game for Freeze and company when they come off their second national title in 3 years.

If we were going to pick a big 10 school these guys would be it. It'll be like Wake Forest though and they'll win the most games in decades the year we play them.

I admire your dedication HJJ. I had dinner with my old man last night and said I'd take him [Freeze] back in a heartbeat. I know that's not a common theme with our fanbase, but I think he did some under-appreciated things for our team. We could EASILY be on a 15-game losing streak to the Tide if not for Freeze. One win, maybe it's a fluke. Two wins (nearly three in a row), coaching had something to do with it. No doubt in my mind Freeze would have us competitive for tomorrow's game.

shite...did I just fall into the HJJ-Freeze thread trap?

Hahaha, that was my first thought, too. Then I did a little quick math in my head, and I should be fine.

Why do we refuse to schedule non-conference games that are easy wins?

It’s 2033. By that time football will be a non-contact sport.

Marking this one down on the calendar. I’ll be 44 and 45 so hopefully alive.

Can we schedule any good home and homes in the next decade, please?

First thought that crossed my mind was, man me and my buddies would have a good time making that trip. Then I just figured out how old I will be for these games. This is depressing

Need another road series at Tulane. In exchange for not paying them we should offer to play at their place 2 or 3 years, every other year.

In all seriousness why even schedule this far out? I honestly expect college athletics and the football specifically to look radically different in 14 years.

^^^ Yeah, I don't understand it either. Do we even know who we are going to play in 3 or 4 years? Will Purdue even have a football team in 14 years? Will we?
