The penalties this year are so bad, it reminds me of when Matt Luke was the coach. Every single play there's a holding call. I mean it's out of control, out of f****** control.

I'm also thinking Alabama fans were absolutely right about Golding. Defense is trash.

Agreed. We just got burned all night. The defensive plays had nothing to do with it. They just outmanned us.

As good of a year as we have had, there is still just a huge talent gap. That's not a shot at our team, they're a huge talent gap between uga and just about every team in the country with the exception for maybe bama and osu. You're just not going to win many games when the offensive and defensive lines are that much better. We're talking about a team that has lost once in 3 years

Let’s put the nooses away for a min, I’m sure there was a bourbon or two that lead to this post. I had to have said some stupid shite last night, thankfully most of it’s a blur.
Anyone half sober watching that game saw the talent gap. Sure we were out of place here and there, but holy frick. I genuinely didn’t know the gap could be THAT big vs a solid 8 win team…it reminded me of 17-18 Bama games where we got skull drug by 60 points and looked like a high school vs NFL exhibition game. Just totally dominated on defense (and offensive line). Seeing McConkey juke our guys so bad it broke their ankles was real eye opening. I was naively under the impression that our 1’s could at least hold their own and didn’t expect them to blast us until the 4th due to their benches of 5 stars waiting to rotate in. I was very wrong.

It’s not Goldings fault, but Kiffin should absolutely have better bodies in the trenches in year 4. Not UGA level, but better than that
