The system needs to be fixed so that we can at least play teams like Delta State again and not get penalized because they are always far better than Alcorn types.

Paino went 4 for 5 last night with two doubles. It might be the game that turns his season around.

Why the hell are we wasting Mason Morris tonight?!? We aren’t scoring a damn run as long as Doyle is in the game. Bianco you idiot.
Side note, Doyle is the definition of a douchebag. I wouldn’t be mad if someone hit a 100 mph line drive off of his mid section. I hope that guy never sniffs the majors.

Would have loved nothing more than to walk that one off. Getting lost on this one was how good morris was. Would love to see him as a starter. His stuff is nasty it’s a shame he only gets 3-4 innings a week. He could easily take Friday and move Elliot to Saturday.

That would be the smart thing to do. We had Dylan Delucia in the bullpen against Tennessee the year we won it, and the next weekend we moved him into the starting rotation. That jumpstarted our run.

I agree with you guys. Morris should be moved to our Friday Ace spot. Elliott continues to struggle with finding the zone and needs to be moved to Saturday or Sunday.

Excellent outing from Maddox today. Wish we would have given him a chance in the 6th inning though.
