I've always been big on the Tom Allen hire and it seems like he would be an ideal fit for the team. I agree that after he left our defense seemed to lose its thunder.

Our ineptitude on offense is becoming really infuriating. It’s game #9 and RR still hasn’t put together a unit that can be effective vs. good teams.

3rd and long and we run a draw play. It’s like RR doesn’t care about winning the game.
I don’t care how bad we are passing the ball, you can’t run a draw play in that situation vs. a really good defense.

The best coaches figure out the strengths and weaknesses of their personnel and maximize it. Rich Rod seems to be doing the opposite and I still don’t know what Luke is doing.
