Coach O will be HC again within 1.5 years mark it down.. Only reason LSU allow Lane to hire him.. So they would have a replacement in place

I wonder if he’ll collapse in on himself like Freeze did at Auburn. After they lost to us his first season, his attitude/appearance took a serious nose dive.
Granted Hugh was also fighting cancer so I can’t imagine that helped his stress levels.

I just find it funny how coaches like Freeze and Kiffin get all the credit for Ole Miss success even though the peak of their careers came while at Ole Miss.

I still maintain that Hugh would have done well anywhere that was Auburn, LSU or that level of expectations. I think the expectations, booster involvement and the cancer are what destroyed him at Auburn.
If you put him at a place like Kentucky or Arkansas I think he would thrive.
