Ole Miss announces that its student crowds for its first two home games are the largest in school history.
9,262 vs Mercer broke the record. 9,486 vs Georgia Tech broke it again.

Meh. I call bullshite. It’s like when our announced attendance at baseball games is 10k but half the stadium is empty

The crowd was packed in there to begin with last Saturday. Hopefully LSU will be a hard sell out and we can win:

The student section was full for both games. They are still thinning out by the 4th quarter though.

They won't thin out if the game is still in doubt, the opponent is good and the weather is decent. Lot to ask maybe, but we know it's the truth.

I would personally pay if the would paint the metal stands a nonreflective color. I remember it being so damn hot standing in the Mississippi sun with it reflecting back up on you.
It seems we forget that it is STUDENT ATHLETES playing. Students should be the focal point of the stadium. Idk why we let the boosters have that huge section in the shade when they spend the whole game at the buffet or bar.

I hear and understand what you're saying but.....the boosters are the one's paying for everything.
"Hey I know you're damned near footing the bill of the entire place but we're going to give you the shitty seats" isn't exactly the best way to fundraise.
