Guys, we are looking at unknown sanctions AND looking for a coach at the same time as Florida, Tennessee, aTm, UCLA, Arkansas, etc.
Rather than desperately take a Dooley, it makes sense to be patient and make a smart decision. Give Luke a chance as well.

Yea let's let this dumb frick squander the little bit of talent we have so when sanctions are over we can start completely from scratch with no players.
I would dare to say Luke won't have the balls to fire anybody much less the ability to look for a quality coach and we end up with the exact same shitty staff next year

There better not be a buyout and the pay should be reflective of his resume. This is just infuriating. But o well, good luck to coach Luke. Bjork, hope you feel confident putting your job on the line with this decision. Hope Luke and Bjork prove ya all wrong

I believe everyone turned us down. All of the sec teams are struggling to get big names and we are last on the list with sanctions.

I'm sure there is some coach out there that is cheaper and actually competent at in game coaching that would have taken the opportunity.

Mccready’s article pretty much says Luke gave access to the right boosters and they pulled the strings on Bjork. Shows why we will never truly advance as a program. Bunch of good ol boys who want to pretend they’re equivalent to Texas boosters will always run this program and what is good for them will trump what is good for the school. Maybe the joke is on all of us for thinking an AD who tweets back at college kids with a wrestling belt would have the balls to stand up to these guys.

If they are big enough a threaten to pull funding his hands are tied. We don’t have a big enough booster base to make up the money elsewhere.
