The fact that both Bama and UGA circled the Ole Miss game this year definitely means our program is on the rise.

Also getting blown out like this means the programs that could poach Kiffin probably point to games like this as to why they shouldn’t hire him.

Just gotta get bigger in the trenches and keep bringing in top tier QB’s.

10-2 is a great season. I had us 8-4 this year.

Don't lose to State this year Kiffin. They are dogshit.

The OLine injuries killed our offense but it didn’t matter anyway because the defense couldn’t stop Georgia at all. Golding isn’t getting fired after this year so relax. You can’t have 3 DC in 3 years and expect a good defense.

This plus size/speed in the secondary - which Golding is doing in this recruiting class.

ETA: any current A&M commits we could flip?

Kiffin is going to get a chance to make right on his horrendous handling of the Auburn situation from last year. If he flirts with A&M at all, I hope Carter tells him to GTFO

Bruh.. then get ready cause that will be our existence with Lane. He is that good of a coach and he brings juice to any program. How much is he worth to Ole Miss? Oxford? Imagine our next search and hire..look where our program is right now heading into the new SEC and imagine the hype associated with being in the playoff next year..he’s worth every penny and we have to accept that or lessen our ceiling

I like having Golding man but we gave up 52 points and 600 yards of offense. The majority of the blame is on him

Dude, he is working with what he has. Do you think any of our Defensive starters would push for significant playing time on UGA or Bama? Maybe JJ & Washington but JJ has been inconsistent and not sure Washington is fast enough compared to their starters. Ivey and Get would be role players only. So he is doing the best he can with one hand tied behind his back. Give him time to bring in the players he needs (another year or two before we see real results).

I know its hard to get OL/DL in the portal, but I'd love to see us pour Judkins/WR type NIL money into some big uglies. UGA outmanned us at pretty much every position but the trenches is definitely the biggest disparity. DL recruiting looks solid right now but we need to land a couple big time offensive lineman this offseason.

Another factor is that the MS high school ranks is not a good place to find SEC type offensive lineman either. Our top players are almost always nothing but the skill positions and DL.

I was told this morning that Kiffin said he was ok to go back in but the game was too far out of hand.

Really? Lane said last night in the post game press conference he was able to come back after getting checked out. But the game was out of hand at that point so they didn’t put him back in

Do we have a center that can snap him the ball and not try to snap it over his head?

Chuck’s board is reporting that it’s a bruise and not broken.
