Yeah, I'm excited about that one, too. And that's the thing. A game against shitty Wake Forest would count as a "quality opponent," but a game against Oregon State or Washington State wouldn't. That's just stupid.

Wazzu is WAY more quality of an opponent than Wake and anyone who says otherwise is a lying POS.

And it's a solid vent. They know Wazzu is a better team. Hell, Wake was running for their lives after last year's game.

I’d hope Arkansas but Vandy is most likely from the east. Georgia historically would be fun just because if we ever win it I don’t want it to be claimed it was a cake walk.

Bentley 8 carries 32 yards 2 touchdowns for the colts today. Wish we’d have had a RB like that on the roster last year.

I know we've played Vandy a lot. But they don't even have a fanbase. Arkansas seems like its developed into a pretty natural rivalry. And due to proximity of the eastern side of their state, there's plenty of their fans that are getting jealous of hearing about us. So, I love Arkansas to be the 3rd. They are a more legitimate opponent. If we keep our head down we can take the series in a few years.

I also want the Pigs for the third spot. Our games with them are usually great and always unpredictably entertaining.

Who all is going to the game?
I'm not. I want to but have too much going on with my kids this fall to spend every Saturday in Oxford. I'm going to miss it. It's going to be a hard transition from going to every single game to not going to many at all.

Not going to be there. First time we haven’t gotten season tickets since the mid 2000s (minus 2020). It’s just not worth the cost anymore. $80+ parking per game, tickets through the roof, concessions are a high way robbery, travel, baking in the September noon sun, having to take time off work and the product on the field isn’t something that I care to see in person.
Players are getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to not give a shite about winning a game, catching a ball, or representing Ole Miss. it’s just a paycheck for them. Coaches are too idiotic and stubborn to make changes to personnel and play calling.
My old man yells at cloud moment has come. I’ll still watch from the couch and hope for us to win every game but realistically with CWJ still on staff and mercenaries (I promise juice wells was playing against us at times last year) it just isn’t the same cfb that I grew up with.
