The speculation on the podcasts is:

- Wade is gone, has nothing else to prove and could hurt his value coming back.
- Harris, Preiskorn and JJ are toss ups and could go either way. Feedback from scouts is they all could use another year but all it takes is 1 agent to get in their ear.

Tre has not been consistent enough to go to the draft. I know he is incredible, but he disappears at times. He needs to come back and we need to have a good portal WR class that doesn’t totally frick us like Chris Marshall and Z Harris did this year. Those two caused Tre to be doubled a lot and it hurt him.

Tre doesn't really get separation... that one piece is the make/break factor when it comes to the NFL

Not portal, but we should get Deion Smith who does have the talent to really elevate the WR room

Hate to say it but it would be awesome to have a true WR coach to develop Harris and Watkins even further and develop young guys like Ayden Williams.
If we have all those guys plus Deion Smith and Preiskorn comes back along with Dart Judkins and Bentley we would really only need to go portal heavy at OL on offense and could have a very special season.

Staff is going after Moose Muhammad III from A&M hard. Mutual interest there. I’m leaning towards Tre coming back too

Twas told today he did not like his draft grade. Think that Memphis offensive lineman is ours too

I’m am loving the wave of Mizzou reaction threads on tRant. Guess I struck a nerve

The only thing that would make it better is us actually getting a cotton bowl bid.

Haven’t even checked tRant. I’ve been arguing with them on Twitter all week. I hope they get beat 59-0 in whatever bowl game they play in

Would y’all rather play in the cotton against an opponent who probably beats us or play in the citrus against Iowa for a likely 11 win season?

Earning a NY6 bowl regardless of outcome will always look better in the history books. Also, it’s not like Iowa is a lock given our o-line injuries so that shouldn’t factor into the decision. If we were guaranteed 11 wins one way and a loss the other maybe, but it’s football and anything can happen. Gimme the Cotton vs a big program all day.

Meh. It's a Jan. 1 bowl with a big payout. We would get killed by Ohio State, but we can roll Iowa even with the lt injury. They have 0 top 25 wins.

So? Do you think TCU wishes they hadn’t played in the playoffs last year after what happened against Georgia?

Dude currently on my Philco, saying the Egg Bowl will be on Saturday next season. Any truth to this rumor?

I’m in the minority I want the Citrus, I want an excuse to go to Disney and Florida. Dallas sucks (Florida sucks too honestly but I want the excuse to go )

There's nothing remotely interesting about going to Dallas from a fan's perspective. The only good thing is it's a more prestigious bowl. So that means a lot more to the players and the program.

Orlando would be much more fun from a fan's perspective. That being said....you're also going to be subject to the elements in the Citrus.

What elements? It'll be 75 degrees and sunny.
