I hope we can add some good weight to him and he keeps his speed. They list him at 205 right now……would like our OLB to be at least 220 to take on the big bruising SEC RBs

What happened with Tywone Malone? Would be nice if he showed out next year. Wasn’t he our prized recruit two classes ago?

Malone was a True Freshman this season. Just enrolled at OM in June of 21.
So he has been on campus for 7 months total now. I dont expect a ton out of a True Freshman that just stepped foot on campus at DL in the SEC. But hopefully going forward we start hearing his name.

He had ACL surgery after last season of HS. They needed a year of him rehabbing in the strength/conditioning program is what I was told.

Just spoke to a friend here in Oxford and he said JJ Pegues might enter the portal and transfer here. Would be a nice pickup on DL. He played a lot for auburn and of course is from Oxford.
