The Kiffin family so far has been to Gainesville and Baton Rouge following the win over Florida.
If true, then he's been full of shite in saying he hasn't spent any time thinking about his future.

We can't help if the other fanbases are Neanderthals. We are much more sophisticated like talking about cuck chairs

Well it is going to be a rough 2 weeks, because the slate of games this upcoming weekend are arse.
Yeah, the only good games aren't even really that good:
Arkansas @ Texas
Tennessee @ Florida
Kentucky @ Vanderbilt
Missouri @ Oklahoma

Yes, he’s been lying. And it’s a dumb lie. Who “doesn’t think about this until the end of the season?” No normal human.

Although I am frustrated CLK will not commit to a long term extension now, in my opinion it is not in OM best interest short or long term to press Kiffin with an ultimatum.
This drama has been going on since before Oklahoma and the team appears to be focused just fine. Don't forget that this year we were a 8 or 9 win team that is currently overachieving. I also don't think we do much, if anything, in the play-offs without Kiffin even under the stormy cloud of his potential departure.
I also think letting this drag out also place more pressure on Florida (and others) to move on.
Further, if we pressure him now and he says, alrighty then, I am going to Florida, then we are then just fighting with everyone else, (Arkansas, LSU, Auburn etc.) for our next coach in a bad year for coaching searches, and heading into the play-offs on the heels of climbing off the top of the sexist bitch in college football. I don't think Judge or Golding saves the day.
Finally, consider if the shoe was on the other foot and we were going after Lane. Would we not be willing to wait for an answer even if it meant giving up a bumpy first year (i.e., jacked up recruiting, portal etc.) or a bumpy play-off run to get a long term deal with the guy we want long term. The answer is yes and I guaranty Florida's answer is yes (and given the portal I am not sure how bumpy that first year would be anyway).
The biggest knock on Lane not getting offered Florida/LSU prior to now was his "maturity". Lane has intentionally addressed that issue with all his "I have grown so much in Oxford"/ "I am family man" articles and interviews made in the last couple of years. Smart on his part, especially coupled with all the "winning" at little old OM.
Unfortunately, without this man continuing to establish us as true contender (which a one time play-off appearance is not going to do), we will most likely drift back into the bottom 8 in the SEC.
I want the best chance to keep him, which I believe under the current circumstances means we should not press anything and just let it play out without an ultimatum.
In short, as long as he has not signed with Florida, then just let it ride even through the play-offs. In the end, I think he rides with us and we keep Lane and all his BS (worth it).

Tyler is about the only one that has the right to crash out like that. I wish he’d do it behind closed doors where it would actually matter though.

Don’t for a second think we are just “lil old Ole Miss” that should be happy with “just 8 wins and competing!”
That is a bitch mindset and is the reason Starkville Tech is in the shite hole they are now

Legitimately everyone in the national media believes us to be unique for Lane Kiffin AND the way we run our back office. Obviously losing Lane would be a big blow to our current set up, but the infrastructure is still here for a coach to succeed.

Yep. Grab Sumrall or Matt Campbell and keep it rolling

Also, if Texas opens up that would be a major concern too
Sark's buyout would be $60.3M on December 1. That would make it the second largest buyout of all time. I don't doubt they have boosters to pay it, but looking at LSU's knee jerk buyout should give them pause.

We won under Freeze who failed at Auburn. We are winning under Kiffin who failed at USC. Without a lost in the headlights coach like Luke, we have proven that we can win with a decent coach.

"Don’t for a second think we are just “lil old Ole Miss” that should be happy with “just 8 wins and competing!”
Never said that, implied that, think that or accept that. You seem to bring up this inferiority issue often whether or not in the discussion. Interesting.
Hopefully you do not think of me as an accepting shameful bitch. Kiffin rings the "we legit" bell the best, so l want to keep that shameless drama queen.
Point of the post - we are likely better off keeping him without use of an exaggerated, over-the-top ultimatum. Is this correct? maybe, maybe not, maybe FU.

Nothing says maturity like the way he’s handing this situation.
And making snarky comments about fan attendance of an 11am shite FCS game that was sandwiched in between 2 monster sellouts
I don’t think people really change. Your inspiring tweets from some devotion book don’t tell the same story his actions do .
