I believe he’s gone and 2026 will suck. 4-8, 5-7 type year. Year 2 of the new coach is where we can judge.

National signing day is in a week. Dominoes are starting to fall so the quality coaches are falling off the board very quickly. We have a playoff to get ready for. If he goes, we also need to work on portal players.

Those are potential reasons but would you be willing to risk those to keep Kiffin? I would. By the way if he is still hanging around does he really want to go to lsu because their/his dominoes are falling there as well.
You just read and agreed to 5 post of how bad we are going to suck next year without Kiffin.
What’s a few more days to see what happens.

I think the disconnect here is that you believe there is a chance he stays and most of us on here already think he has made the decision to leave.
He's not taking 90% of the coaches. And our NIL will keep a lot of players here.

I think we go 4-8/5-7 next year. It’s well worth that to ensure that we make the right hire. He’s going to LSU. And his waffling will burn us down on the way out if we don’t man up. He wants to coach the playoff and leave. Thats why he’s dragging his feet.
