They're going to make Royal the highest paid WR in the country. Not just HS recruit WRs, but all WRs. It's a recruiting battle Lane will feel like he absolutely cannot lose.

"Texas and Texas A&M decided to overpay for HS talent which wasn't going to start day 1 at LSU. Much smarter to save that money and pick them up next year in the transfer portal"

Feel like we’re telling that kid we will pay him exorbitant amounts of money just to jack up the price cause we know lane really wants him.

We have a number of visitors on campus this week so may be one of them. I haven't seen anything officially announced though

3* Athlete Tra'Von Hall has flipped from Oklahoma to OM. He's on campus on an official visit this weekend.
I think we are recruiting him as a WR (Oklahoma and Florida both were, so I assume we were too). Took an OV to Florida last weekend. Definitely a nice pickup for us wanted by a number of SEC schools.

Sounds like LSU has outbid us and ND for 4* (On3) / 3* (247) WR Cade Cooper (from Pennsylvania). He's announcing tomorrow and it'll be for LSU.

Yep. Hard to lose sleep over any recruiting in general. 50/50 any kid who commits anywhere transfers anyways before playing a meaningful snap (and this includes our own commits).

Antonio Keefer - On3 Profile is announcing this evening and is expected to pick Ole Miss over LSU, Ohio State, Mississippi State, and Memphis.
