I feel like Bianco will probably resign. I just have a feeling that it’s already been talked about

The NCAA just won’t let us die. Oh the irony.

Miami has dropped games to FGCU and Stetson recently. And Arizona has dropped 2 games to Grand Canyon.

Which means we could luck our way into a super regional.

Only to then drop a super to LSU - which would be the worst thing that could happen, so I fully expect it to

Amazing.

Ole Miss is in a regional and this board and thread are dead.

Binaca has killed our baseball souls.

This regional may not start until Sunday if at all.

If the regional doesn’t ever start, I’m assuming the 1 seed advances, right?

I would assume they would relocate the regional before that happens.

I could definitely be wrong but I don't think they relocate playoff games. #1 seed advances

Can we not be grateful that we get postseason baseball? We either go on a magical run (uhh frick yeah) or Bianco is gone. Win/Win. All the bitching is just getting old.

We need to talk about the weather forecast.

Fri through Sun is basically tropical disturbance conditions. 25 mph winds and 5-7 inches of rain expected.

They need to move this bitch to Oxford.

frick no they don’t. Cancel it and advance Miami or move it to Arizona. Bianco needs as little help as possible

The problem is a “magical run” for a lot of people would be just making it to the Super Regionals again or being one win away from them. That’s enough of an excuse to keep Bianco. We need to go 2 and Q in humiliating fashion to force Carters hand I believe

Braden Montgomery - were we ever in on him?

Any rationale fan knows it’s Omaha or bust this year. We got in one way or another. So enjoy Elko/Graham going back to back a couple more times.

If they get bounced (yes I understand it’s a very good chance), then sing your fire Bianco song.

This.

I am cheering for the players, no doubt. But if Binaca makes it to a Super Regional, you can bet there's a good chance we are keeping him, and Dan McDonnell is not going to get the rug pulled out from under him twice. Fool me once...

Can't really answer your question, but we certainly should have been. Can throw it, catch it, field it, hit it, you name it. Hell, even made a 33 on the ACT. Show me another one like that. I understand there's the Stanford degree thing and all, but at his current pace will he even be there long enough to get a degree?

Magical run? The guy has been to one CWS in 21 years. He's not going this year. The AD missed a chance to can his worthless arse when he interviewed with LSU. The two biggest myths about Ole Miss athletics are that David Cutcliffe and Mike Bianco were good coaches. They were both mediocre coaches who the media and other fan bases loved because they fit the narrative that little Ole Miss could never compete with the big boys.
