I think so. They could run a big unity campaign against trump.

If only we had a poliboard downstairs on which to bandy about such topics.
Alas...

Why you gotta always bring that shade over here?
You think I want to ask this question to that board?
We can have political topics here. Serious ( I use that term loosely) political discussion should be there.

Much like the stumpier midget quote from Oh Brother Where Art Thou...maybe Trump needs an even older curmudgeon to counter Sanders.

He'd need to maybe get a weed vote. I really think that's who are behind Bernie. The not giving up stoked the fire strictly by trolling Hillary.

I legitimately do not want Trump or Billary to win, both are a little out there

Maybe. But it won't happen.
Regardless, I know a lot of Sanders supporters that won't vote for Hillary.

I'm not 100% sure a Clinton/Sanders ticket would win. The two of them seem to genuinely dislike each other, and while Clinton is the clear choice of the Democratic Party and more importantly, it's leadership, Sanders isn't even a party member (people seem to forget that).

Clinton and Sanders get along fine. Sanders has a problem with what he perceives is a rigged primary system in the Democratic party, and that attitude carries over to his supporters who take it out on Hillary and her supporters.
Watch both of their speeches from last night. Clinton mentioned Sanders and her supporters cheered for him. Sanders mentioned Hillary and his supporters booed her.
I still think Sanders's demeanor will change once he drops out and concedes. Clinton has already given him a seat at the table to frame the Democratic platform. Whether his supporters fall in line is another question, but I don't think it will really matter in the general election.

The country is not homogeneous. If you convince enough groups to vote for you, and those groups combine to to garner enough votes to outnumber the groups the opposition gets, in swing states, then you can win the Presidential Election.

Lol. Any democratic candidate would beat trump no matter who they named as their running mate. Thanks for another four years in the White House republicunts.

That has been the assumption, but get ready for Trump to lead in a few polls before the end.
No one ever went poor underestimating the American people.

The fact that you think this is hilarious. Trump will win, doesn't matter who Hilary picks. I can't wait to see all you liberals explode when it happens.

No, because it would move her so far left, the more moderate dems would bolt

Yes. Hillary/Sanders would beat Trump/anybody by a decisive margin.
Om amother note, Trump is his own worst enemy and will likely blow this race.

I think if Hillary pulls Sanders and he convinces his supporters it's a 55/45 split for them winning. If she pulls somebody else, I think it's a 51/49 towards trump.
I will say this and I feel horrible about it... I think if there is another terrorist attack on American soil between now and November Trump wins with better than Obama 2008 numbers.

I think any sensible republican knows this is going to be a beatdown. Hillary is a shitty candidate, but there's not enough mad white people to pull Trump across the line.
Rubio would've beat her in a landslide.
