Besides sex or sleep?

For me, it's playing basketball. I'm not even really supposed to be playing anymore because of assorted injuries, but it's my one vice in life that I just can't quit. No matter how bad a day I've had, I feel better when I step on a court somewhere.

What say y'all?

"Stress Relief Activities" for $1,000, Alex.

It's an activity that you can do by yourself that brings about a period of euphoria, followed by a desire to watch SportsCenter or the Military Channel.

Smoking a fat bowl.

I'm actually partial to basketball as well Tbird, despite my complete lack of athletic ability.

Hiking, or going somewhere and sit beside a lake or on the beach where there is little to no sign of anyone else.
