Your just being picky. Its a message board not official documentation so just relax and enjoy conversation rather then being so picky. All y'all need to chill.

Apostrophes for plural instead of possessive. I always am tempted to say "and who did they belong to?" As in win's vs wins. Were they multiple or did they belong to someone... (I know, inappropriate use of ellipse...) Sue me.

It's not technically a grammar mistake to use impact instead of affect or effect but it drives me nuts. Is it really so difficult to distinguish between affect and effect that most people just use impact for both? Reporters are the worst. I've seen some use the word impact 3 or 4 times in the same sentence. It's like nails on a chalk board for me.
