Sounds like you are a little obsessional about this lady.
Try focusing solely on yourself and your goals with or without this girl. Be independent and secure in you. Find a hobby or find something in life that makes you happy besides fricking this girl.
No one wants a needy mate. Enjoy life. Get some therapy. Exercise. Clear your mind. If your ex wants someone else allow her to be happy with her decisions.
Get check for OCD. SSRI medication may help you refocus.
Laugh at life. Hey..you got another chance to have sex with her. There is plenty if pussy out there.

The only advice there is for you is don't try to get her back. Like a few others said; improve your life for you. Leave her alone and resist the temptation to even check up on her in any way.
If you can do that then 1 of 2 things will happen, either she'll come back to you on her own or you'll realize you didn't need her anyway.

Why is she on Tramodol? What is the cause of her pain?
Assuming she does not have pain, but just likes to get high, here is what I would tell you:
Pull the blinders off of your eyes and take a look at what has you so overwhelmed with grief. A girl who may/may not be addicted to pain meds who on a whim goes out and sleeps with a drug dealer because "she liked how he looked into her eyes." She then follows that up with coming back to you and sleeping with you - a man for whom she has no respect.
Trust me when I tell you that once you've pulled yourself together again, you'll be very grateful that she is long gone.
Stop dating losers. Stop being a loser magnet. Stop being a loser.

When you get right down to it, this may be the soundest piece of advice on this subject.

"About a week ago she said she wanted to see me before i moved away. She asked me not to try to get back with her but when she came over i couldn't help myself which forced her to confess something, she fricked another guy. I lost it. I couldn't stop crying. I went just went insane. I kept questioning her for details over the next couple days hoping one of them would make it seem better. worst mistake of my life. I now know every detail. I kno he is a pot dealing college kid, i kno hes "weird" and "cool" to which i am boring, i know he said sum deep shite that turned her on, i know she said something to her friend that he told to him to which he came over and touched her and it was on, i know she rode his dick while she was on tramadol (she goes hard when shes on tramadol) i kno he lasted longer, i kno he didn't even speak 10 words to her but she said the way he looked in her eyes made her feel special, more special than i have made her feel in a LONG time.
